All appointment cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to appointment start time. If an appointment is canceled between 48-24 hours prior to appointment start time, a week-of only flag will be placed on your account, meaning same week appointments will be allowed only for you until further notice. Any appointments canceled within 24 hours will require 50% payment of booked services. Any exceptions to this policy will be made on a case by case basis and only at the full discretion of the owner of Katelynn Altadonna Hair Studio. These exceptions will be made in writing via text or e-mail and must be mutually agreed upon by both parties to take effect.
